Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal hygiene products such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase once the return has been approved.
Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU) Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether it has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
