Processing Time All orders are carefully processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. They depend on the destination, weight, and size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times We work with reliable shipping partners. Delivery times are always approximate and may be affected by factors such as high carrier volume, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.

• United Kingdom 3 to 7 business days
• Other EU countries: 5 to 12 business days
• International outside the EU: 7 to 20 business days

Please note that we are unable to influence delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your order online.

Delayed or Lost Packages If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@xynorvaxis.com. We will help you track your package. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will always do our best to find a suitable solution.

Incorrect Address Please carefully verify your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Any additional costs for redelivery are to be borne by the customer.
